1. Our goal

Participants of the Train the Trainer Malaysia program will gain the skills to become professional trainers and facilitators, learning effective training techniques. Upon successful completion of the HRDF TTT Malaysia, HRD Corp will award a Certificate of Completion, making you a TTT Certified Trainer. To conduct training under HRD Corp schemes, participants must also pass the training assessment to become an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.

Yes, you have to record a video of you doing training (online or f2f) and provide it to HRDC for assessment. You can still start training after you going through the course but you will have to provide the recording within one year.

If you are doing in-house (directly for the company that engages you), you can claim RM6,000 per day for face to face training. For online, it is RM700 per pax for 7 hours. As for public face-to-face training, you can charge up to RM1,300 per pax per day. For this you have to go under an HRDC-registered training provider company.
